Job summary

Sprout is seeking a Sr. Vendor/Procurement Manager to own and optimize Sprout’s global vendor network, balancing US and international partners to ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and quality.

You will lead onboarding, governance, RFPs, and performance management across cross-functional teams including Compliance, Finance, and Sales. Expect ~30% travel to vendor sites and regional facilities; this role demands strategic thinking, strong negotiation, and a track record of building scalable

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in vendor management / procurement / supply chain.
• Experience in ITAD, services, logistics or similar.
• Strong negotiation and relationship skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the global vendor portfolio and regional coverage.
• Design redundancy plans by region to reduce single points of failure.
• Lead onboarding workflow for vendors and ensure compliance reflect in system.
• Negotiate MSAs, rate cards, SLAs, rebates, and terms.
• Develop single source of truth for vendors with status, pricing, and performance.
• Create vendor scorecards and drive escalation when needed.
• Travel ~30% to key vendors and facilities.
