Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Procurement Manager for Benefits & Travel to lead sourcing for health, wellness, insurance, and corporate travel. You’ll drive RFx processes, negotiate contracts, and align procurement with HR and Travel teams to deliver cost-effective, compliant solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, perform TCO analyses, monitor savings, and ensure supplier performance while staying ahead of market trends and regulatory changes in benefits and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, HR, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sourcing tools (Ariba, Coupa, SAP).
• Familiarity with TCO analysis, RFx execution, and vendor scorecards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with benefits brokers, TPAs, and global travel management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for employee benefits and corporate travel.
• Lead RFx processes, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Partner with HR, Total Rewards, and Travel teams to align procurement with experience and compliance.
• Conduct cost modeling, benchmarking, and TCO analysis to optimize value.
• Monitor category performance, savings realization, and service levels.
• Stay current on market trends and regulatory changes in benefits and travel.
• Manage supplier relationships, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure contract compliance, SLA adherence, and risk mitigation.
