You will balance customer expectations with execution, ensuring scalable vendor operations while maintaining service levels and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, complex partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to align operations with growth priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain, vendor management, or a related function.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day global vendor operations across multiple sites, apps, and production partners.
• Partner closely with vendors to ensure performance meets service, quality, and delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support changing business demands and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular business reviews and ongoing communication.
• Monitor vendor capacity and performance to identify risks and support business continuity.
• Lead data-driven efforts to improve reporting, streamline processes, and enhance issue resolution.
• Analyze operational metrics to uncover opportunities for efficiency, quality improvement, and cost savings.
• Present updates and challenges to leadership and executives.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability and customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement across vendor operations and internal workflows.
