Job summary

Veristat is seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee the end-to-end vendor lifecycle and global strategic sourcing for clinical trials. The role focuses on vendor identification, proposals, qualification, negotiation and contract execution, while building strong vendor relationships for performance and risk management.

You will develop and monitor KPIs, scorecards and governance, evaluating new vendors to maintain a high-performing network and aligning with internal sponsors’ needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of vendor management or procurement experience; clinical research/Life sciences preferred.
• Experience managing vendor lifecycle from sourcing to contracting and performance management.
• Experience developing and managing vendor KPIs, scorecards and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of vendor lifecycle from identification to contract execution.
• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities globally for Veristat.
• Develop and maintain vendor performance measures, KPIs and scorecards.
• Establish strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor performance and market trends to optimize the network.
