Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or Finance.
• Juris Doctor degree with concentration in contracts/transactional law preferred.
• 3–5 years of CRO/pharma vendor contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements and related documents.
• Perform risk analysis and identify liabilities in vendor contracts.
• Engage internal SMEs for information gathering, document development, pricing discussions.
• Maintain contract templates and support process improvements in contracting.
• Provide status updates on contract approvals and deviations from policies.
