Job summary

Hope Walks seeks a senior technology leader to serve as a Fractional vCIO during a growth phase across 15 countries. The role prioritizes strategy over day-to-day IT, translating a long list of needs into a realistic, sequenced plan the org can actually fund and execute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Data Management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership, CIO/vCIO or similar senior strategic role.
• Proven ability to build multi-year roadmaps for multinational or resource-constrained orgs.
• Experience defining identity, access management and device-management foundations.
• Experience evaluating MSP engagements for fit and value.

Responsibilities

• Assess current global technology, data, and vendor environment across programs and operations.
• Develop a 3-year tech and data roadmap aligning strategy with program delivery and data governance.
• Deliver an actionable first-year implementation plan and directional budgets for years 2-3.
• Identify and articulate technology and data risks with cost and risk implications.
