Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of a flagship industrial valve portfolio. You will define the 5-year global strategy, drive market expansion, optimize profitability, and lead international commercialization initiatives across Power, Chemical, Energy, and General Industrial sectors.

You will partner with cross-functional teams worldwide to align production, quality, and delivery with market demand, using advanced Excel models and Power BI

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in product management, commercial strategy, product marketing, or technical sales in industrial valve or fluid flow control industries.
• Direct familiarity with industrial valves (Ball, Plug, Butterfly, or Quarter-Turn).
• Experience supporting process industries: Power, Petrochemical/Chemical, Oil & Gas/Energy, or Heavy Industrial.
• Strong background in business case creation, margin optimization, product rationalization (80/20), and pricing strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (data modeling, scenario analysis); ability to use Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and own multi-year product roadmap with global bookings, revenue, and gross margin targets.
• Lead cradle-to-grave product lifecycle and optimize high-margin lines.
• Design and launch GTM strategies; evaluate pricing dynamics and channel effectiveness.
• Conduct global VOC research and competitive benchmarking to guide roadmaps.
• Collaborate with global facilities, operations, regional sales, and engineering for aligned delivery.
• Build data-driven insights and dashboards to track pipeline health and KPIs.
