Job summary

Amgen seeks a Global Value and Access Senior Manager (Rare Disease) to drive payer strategy across multiple indications in a dynamic launch environment. You will lead assessments of value, access and pricing, shaping materials for global and country teams while working with Medical, HEOR, Regulatory and Commercial partners.

You will build evidence-based payer recommendations, manage research with external vendors, and present insights to senior stakeholders to inform product strategy and market

Qualifications

• Experience in payer, market access or analytics.
• Ability to translate clinical and economic evidence into payer insights.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with Medical, HEOR, Marketing and Regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead indication-specific Value, Access and Pricing assessments.
• Develop Global Value & Access materials, including early value stories.
• Collaborate with country access teams and global colleagues.
• Present work to senior stakeholders and support launch strategy.
• Manage payer research and external vendor relationships.
