Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Global Value & Access Senior Manager for Rare Disease to drive payer research, value communications, and access strategies across multiple markets. The role offers exposure to a high-visibility brand in a dynamic launch environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop evidence-based access plans, and partner with global and regional stakeholders to expand payer coverage and pricing strategies for rare-disease indications.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent with payer/access/analytics focus.
• Minimum 2 years of payer, market access or analytics experience.
• Leadership/people management experience of teams or projects required.
• Experience shaping value propositions and payer research in healthcare.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead indication-specific Value, Access and Pricing assessments.
• Be the Global Access strategy point of contact for assigned indications.
• Assess payer needs, pricing and policies across the US and priority markets.
• Translate insights into clear recommendations for access strategy.
• Partner with Marketing, HEOR, Medical, Regulatory, and country teams.
• Manage external vendor payer research and deliver high-quality materials.
