Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Global Value & Access Senior Manager for Rare Disease to manage payer research, develop value and pricing strategies, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams. This role leads high-visibility access workstreams across indications and markets.

The position involves partnering with Marketing, Health Economics, Medical, Clinical Development, Regulatory and country teams to shape evidence needs and country access plans, while contributing to launch strategy and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with required years of payer/market access/analytics experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience directly managing people and/or leading teams
• Experience in payer research and understanding US/global payer environment
• Ability to translate payer needs into clear insights and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Lead indication-specific Value, Access and Pricing assessments for assigned indications
• Assess payer needs and policies across the US and priority markets
• Develop high-quality Global Value & Access materials and early value stories
• Collaborate with Marketing, HEOR, Medical, Regulatory and country access teams
• Present work to senior stakeholders and support access strategy execution
