Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Global Project Head for Vaccines R&D in Waltham, MA. This role leads development strategies for NV projects from Gate M2 through licensure, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver life‑saving vaccines globally.

You will mentor teams, manage risk, and align strategies with regulatory plans while communicating with governance committees, NGOs, and external partners to advance the franchise and improve global health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters of Science in scientific‑related field; PhD/MD/PharmD preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in drug development, preferably vaccines/infectious disease.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creation and execution of high-level product development strategies including Target Product/Vaccine Profile (TPP/TVP).
• Lead Global Project Team and ensure timely deliverables from Gate M2 through licensure and lifecycle management.
• Drive strategic decision-making balancing science, viability, and patient impact.
• Manage governance, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across markets.
