Sanofi is seeking a Shipping Services Lead for Vaccines R&D in Waltham, MA. You will own the end-to-end shipping process for Vaccines R&D in North America at select sites and lead development of a global shipping strategy aligned with corporate logistics and sample management objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, supply chain, logistics, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, pharmaceutical operations, or manufacturing.
• Proven leadership skills in global settings and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with budgets and project management.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end shipping process for Vaccines R&D North America at select locations, serving as the primary point of accountability for all outbound shipment activity.
• Coordinate shipping and site logistics to reduce processing times and streamline processes for scientists and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regional transport rules, including US IATA, DOT, CDC, USDA, and USFWS.
• Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement and audit readiness across Vaccines R&D shipping operations.
