Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related health sciences field.
7+ years of hands-on experience in SAS or R programming, proficiency in CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) and regulatory submission requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead scientific programming deliverables with guidance and hands-on support to ensure high-quality, timely outputs.
Manage project planning and resources, tracking timelines and global resource use.
Ensure standardization and consistency of specifications and deliverables across studies and analyses.
Drive regulatory submissions including electronic packages; ensure CDISC data packages meet regulatory expectations.
Oversee outsourcing engagements and coordinate with external resources.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project statisticians and clinical project teams.
