Global Payments is seeking a UX Designer/Architect to craft seamless experiences across its products and services through user-centered research and visual/interaction design. You will advocate for the user and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver engaging experiences across devices and touchpoints.

Responsibilities include defining UX strategy, conducting usability studies and personas, mapping journeys, and delivering wireframes and prototypes while ensuring accessibility compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or combination of education and experience.
• Typically 4+ years of relevant experience in UX design.
• Ability to research and design UX solutions independently.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with UX strategy to align with vision and business goals.
• Perform usability testing, personas, journey maps and user research analyses.
• Define patterns, navigation, flows and models to meet user needs.
• Create low/high fidelity designs, wireframes and prototypes with accessibility in mind.
