Global Payments is seeking a UX Designer/Architect to create seamless, engaging experiences across our products and services through user-centered research, interaction and visual design.

The role advocates for users, collaborates with stakeholders, defines journeys, patterns, and design standards for multiple devices and touchpoints. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience are expected, with growth in a global company.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, Human Factors or related field.
• Typically, minimum 4 years relevant experience.
• Experience in researching and designing user experience solutions independently.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with UX Strategy definition and align with vision and business strategy.
• Perform usability testing, audience analysis, persona development, and other user research methods.
• Define patterns, navigation, structure and hierarchy using user stories, journey maps and diagrams.
• Create the UX design through wireframes, prototypes, visuals, patterns, and style guides while ensuring accessibility.
