Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a UX Designer to shape seamless experiences across Global Payments products and services. You will apply user-centered research and visual/interaction design to define how customers interact across devices and channels, acting as an advocate for users within project teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate customer needs into engaging, accessible designs and scalable patterns, while embracing diversity of touchpoints and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience conducting qualitative/quantitative user research and turning findings into designs.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant UX design experience.

Responsibilities

• Define UX strategy and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct usability studies, personas, journey maps, and other research activities; translate insights into design decisions.
• Define patterns, navigation, and information architecture; create user stories and journey maps.
• Create low/high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes; ensure accessibility and usability across devices and channels.
