Global Payments is seeking a UX Designer/Architect to craft seamless, accessible experiences across our products and services. You’ll apply user-centered research and interaction design to define patterns, navigation, and flows that meet customer needs on multiple devices.

You’ll conduct usability studies, create personas, journey maps, and prototypes, collaborating with stakeholders to align UX strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience researching and designing user experience solutions independently.

Responsibilities

• Define UX strategy aligned with vision and business goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, persona development and data analysis.
• Design user experiences across devices with wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring accessibility.
