Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a UX Designer to help set direction for a strategic AWS initiative, delivering world-wide scale experiences. The role requires a deep understanding of design thinking, interaction design, and AI-ready UX, with strong storytelling to influence business strategy.

You will lead the creative process, balance priorities, and collaborate with designers, researchers, PMs and engineers to turn customer needs into clear, elegant experiences across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above in design, HCI.
• Portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (studies, personas).
• Familiarity with interaction design, agentic experience design and information architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide designs for new and existing solutions from conception to execution, negotiating priorities and aligning on product vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, management and stakeholders to maintain relationships and drive outcomes.
• Distill customer needs from diverse inputs and measure health of the user experience both quantitatively and qualitatively.
