Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Global Upstream Product Manager in the United States.

You will plan, coordinate, and manage products within the Respiratory Health portfolio from concept through launch and lifecycle sustainment, collaborating with engineering, marketing, regulatory, and other teams. You will analyze customer needs, define opportunities, plan market research, and drive go-to-market strategies across global regions to optimize growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
• MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of Product Management/marketing experience in healthcare, medical devices or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, service, regulatory, quality, payers) to manage the product lifecycle.
• Identify customer needs, gaps, and insights to drive growth and market share.
• Work with program and project managers to implement product strategy and features.
• Plan market, product, and clinical research to support business growth with evidence.
• Coordinate with finance to develop business cases for investments.
• Analyze market sizes, segments, pricing, dynamics, competition, and demand across portfolios.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and portfolio management.
• Oversee product costs and contribute to global pricing and margins.
