Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Global Upstream Product Manager to guide end-to-end software-based diagnostic products within the Cardiology global business unit. You will shape feature development, connected workflows, and hardware elements from concept through launch and sustainment.

You will partner across regions and functions to drive GTM, market insights, pricing, and portfolio strategy while enabling growth and competitive advantage. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or equivalent required.
• MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of product management/upstream marketing in medical devices or related field.
• Experience with software-based medical devices is preferred.
• Proven GTM and product launch excellence; strong lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Drives the go-to-market strategy for portfolio of covered products.
• Partners with regional marketing teams to support launches and portfolio management.
• Develops product expertise through customer workflows and market insights.
• Understands market size, segments, pricing, competition; leads market research инициатив.
• Supports clinical evidence generation strategy with medical affairs.
• Shapes short, medium and long-term product strategy and roadmap alignment.
• Collaborates with engineering, service, regulatory, quality and sourcing to manage portfolio and growth.
