You will shape feature development, connected workflows, and hardware components from concept through launch and end-of-life, aligning with overall business strategy. You will partner with regional teams to drive market access, pricing, and evidence generation, while navigating complex regulatory landscapes and Agile programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of product management/upstream marketing experience in medical devices or related fields.
• Proven go-to-market and product launch excellence.
• Deep experience with product life cycle management.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of upstream/downstream processes.
• Experience in highly regulated global healthcare markets.
• Willingness to travel ~25% (international travel may be required).

Responsibilities

• Drives the go-to-market strategy for portfolio of covered products.
• Partners with regional marketing teams to support launches and portfolio management.
• Develops product insights from customer needs and workflows to grow market share.
• Assesses market size, segments, pricing, dynamics, and competition.
• Supports clinical evidence generation strategy with medical affairs.
• Maintains cross-functional product roadmap and alignment.
• Collaborates with engineering, service, regulatory, quality, and sourcing.
