Job summary

Mammotome, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Upstream Global Product Manager, Medical Device, to transform customer and market insights into portfolio strategy, product development priorities, and commercialization plans from its Cincinnati onsite location.

You will lead market discovery, define roadmaps, and partner with R&D and regional teams to drive adoption, lifecycle performance, and meaningful clinical and business value across assigned categories.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
2+ years in product management, product marketing, medical device sales, or related roles.
Experience gathering customer, clinical, or market insights and translating findings into product requirements.
Experience contributing to product strategy, development, commercialization, or portfolio management.
Experience partnering with Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Clinical, Service, Finance, or regional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead market discovery and Voice of Customer research to identify unmet clinical and customer needs and translate insights into growth opportunities.
Define and advance product and portfolio strategy with roadmaps, pricing considerations, and business cases.
Own commercial leadership throughout product development by representing customer and market requirements with R&D and cross-functional teams.
Lead global positioning and commercialization strategy including messaging, launch plans, and sales enablement with regional teams.
Monitor lifecycle performance and portfolio health to improve adoption, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
