Job summary

Mammotome, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Downstream Product Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio to drive radiology and surgical portfolio marketing, maximize market adoption, and optimize pricing and promotion in line with sales goals.

You will partner with Sales, Clinical, Education, and Marketing Communications to create targeted campaigns and to ensure successful product launches, including the Controlled Market Release process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, sales or related field.
• 3+ years in B2B marketing, medical device sales, medical device/pharma marketing, or related role.
• 2+ years in product management with downstream marketing focus.
• Healthcare/medical devices/pharma background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy for radiology and surgical portfolios, focusing on market penetration, revenue growth, pricing and promotion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Education, Marketing Communications and other teams to align marketing with sales execution.
• Develop targeted sales campaigns to support regional and national goals.
• Oversee launches of new products, including Controlled Market Release and tool readiness for marketing and sales.
• Represent North America in new product development discussions with market needs and customer feedback.
