Qualifications

• 12+ years in University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
• 6+ years in a recruiting or HR leadership role.
• Experience crafting and scaling intern and new graduate programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team for early career programs, events, and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal groups to uphold our university recruiting brand and deliver storytelling and regional social/digital strategies.
• Own and evolve technical conference strategy and ensure measurable impact across early talent segments.
