Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or HR program management.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across a matrixed org.
• Strong command of LinkedIn recruiting tools and employer branding strategy.
• Data-driven approach to leading programs with measurable metrics.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive presentations and cross-functional alignment.
• Comfortable with AI tools and applying them to recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of program managers and specialists.
• Drive strategy and execution for global recruiting programs.
• Influence across Recruiting, HR, Marketing, Finance, and business leaders to align programs with priorities.
• Navigate a matrixed environment and build trust across teams.
• Manage LinkedIn presence and employer brand to attract talent worldwide.
• Scale Insider Chats and Recruiting Learning Center to support recruiters and hiring managers.
• Grow Employee Referrals Program into a high-quality pipeline engine.
• Define success metrics, build dashboards, and use data for continuous improvement.
