NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager to lead programs central to how we attract top talent globally. You will guide a high-performing team, drive strategy for our Employee Referrals Program, Recruiting Learning Center, LinkedIn presence, and Insider Chats, and partner with senior leaders across a matrixed organization.

The role requires extensive recruiting operations experience, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach to optimize programs and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple programs and teams.
• Data-driven with ability to build metrics and dashboards.
• Strong communication to executives and cross-functional partners.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a team of program managers and specialists.
• Own strategy and execution for core recruiting programs at global scale.
• Collaborate across Recruiting, HR, Marketing, Finance and business leaders.
• Operate in a matrixed environment with trusted cross-team momentum.
• Manage NVIDIA's LinkedIn presence and employer brand.
• Scale Insider Chats and Recruiting Learning Center to support recruiters and managers.
