The candidate will be onsite three days weekly, coordinating with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align talent pipelines with strategic priorities and growth areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting management and leadership experience.
• 12+ years of overall recruiting experience.
• Ability to craft and implement scalable recruiting models and operational frameworks.
• Proven experience partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to deliver hiring solutions under tight timelines.
• Strong analytics, metrics, and market data to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Track record of achieving targets in high-performance environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior recruiters to meet ambitious hiring goals across technical and business functions.
• Partner with executive leaders to address hiring problems in growth areas and develop data-driven recruiting strategies.
• Be onsite at least three days a week to foster in-person collaboration and presence.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and senior leaders on workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
• Translate business needs into actionable recruiting plans supporting both immediate and long-term talent pipelines.
• Leverage analytics to drive accountability and optimize hiring efficiency and quality.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent trends, market intelligence, and organizational design implications.
