Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience selling ultrasound or multiple product lines into hospitals and health systems, OR 8+ years of experience in medical sales.
• Proven ability to present complex concepts effectively to senior-level decision makers; exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Must reside within GE Markets East Region (New York/Philadelphia) and be willing to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across hospitals, imaging centers and healthcare organizations to identify key decision makers and expand market share.
• Achieve quarterly and annual orders and revenue targets while maximizing profit margins across equipment and service sales.
• Leverage GE HealthCare’s Ultrasound portfolio to accelerate sales funnel growth and drive business performance.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of customers’ installed base and partner to develop long-term technology and capital plans.
• Collaborate with the GEHC account community, participate in strategic site visits, and lead cross-functional teams to design high-value customer solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce.com and other sales tools to track activity, prioritize the pipeline, and drive market share expansion.
