Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of UKG Pro Workforce Management across manufacturing sites in Mexico and Costa Rica. This fully remote role requires deep expertise in WFM, HRIS integration, and global payroll interfaces, with attention to local labor laws and FTZ regimes.

You will coordinate cross-border configuration, testing, and data flows, manage multi-site stakeholders, and deliver a compliant, scalable solution for 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT project management experience in WFM/HRIS rollouts.
• Led end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementation lifecycle.
• Cross-border implementations in Mexico and Costa Rica.
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations and tax regimes in Free Trade Zones.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Remote work with Americas time zones.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Kronos tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle for UKG Pro WFM across sites.
• Align configurations with FTZ regimes and local labor codes.
• Collaborate with payroll and HR to configure rules.
• Lead cross-border data integrations with payroll, ERP, and banking.
• Translate operations needs into system configurations.
• Direct remote config, testing, deployment of biometric terminals and geo-fenced apps.
• Design and run multi-currency UAT scripts.
• Lead parallel payroll testing cycles and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with regional leads and cross-functional teams.
• Produce project documents and status reports.
