Job summary

Snap Inc. seeks a Trust & Safety Specialist to review abuse and safety incidents, conduct in-depth investigations, and collaborate with Legal, Policy, and Engineering teams. You will help develop resources, improve workflows, and ensure high-quality resolutions while handling sensitive content with care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of relevant experience, and comfort with a weekend schedule. Familiarity with Zendesk, JIRA, and Looker is advantageous.

• Experience handling sensitive content and investigations.
• Willingness to work a weekend/standing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review abuse and safety incident reports and take action per policies.
• Conduct complex investigations with cross-functional partners (Legal, Policy, Engineering).
• Identify and escalate new issues and trends.
• Provide trainings and support to the team and vendor interactions.
• Drive policy and workflow improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
