Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Trust & Safety Specialist to join Team Snapchat in Los Angeles. The role focuses on reviewing safety incidents, conducting nuanced investigations, and collaborating across Legal, Policy, Engineering, and vendor teams to protect the Snapchat community.

You will analyze data, train teammates, and drive policy improvements while balancing safety with privacy. This full-time on-site position requires readiness for weekend schedules in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Willing to work a full-time weekend shift (Sat-Sun or Sat-Wed depending on schedule).

Responsibilities

• Review abuse and safety incident reports per policies.
• Conduct complex investigations with cross-functional partners.
• Identify and elevate new issues and trends.
• Provide feedback and trainings to teammates.
• Support vendor partners and processing requests with high quality.
• Lead policy development and improve workflows.
