Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review abuse and safety incident reports and take action per policies.
• Conduct complex investigations with cross‑functional partners across Legal, Policy, Engineering.
• Identify, analyze, and escalate new issues and trends.
• Provide ongoing feedback and deliver trainings to team members.
• Collaborate with vendor teams and ensure high quality processing of requests.
• Drive policy improvements and workflow optimization.
