Job summary

rednote is seeking a Policy Specialist to join the Trust & Safety Policy team. You will help shape global content and community policies to keep the platform safe, compliant, and healthy across markets.

You will translate policy principles into actionable moderation standards, collaborate with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Enforcement, and analyze risks to iterate policies in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields.
• 4+ years in Trust & Safety, content policy, or platform governance.
• Fluent English as a working language.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and understanding of regional user behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine global content and community policies.
• Translate policy principles into clear, actionable moderation standards and operational guidelines.
• Partner with Enforcement, Legal, Product, and Engineering for rollout of policies.
• Identify and assess platform risks and monitor policy effectiveness.
