Google LLC’s YouTube Trust and Safety team seeks a Policy Lead to develop and enforce global policies for video content. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to shape policy and counter abuse at platform scale, including reviewing graphic or controversial content per Community Guidelines.

You will drive cross-functional projects, translate complex safety issues into actionable policy, and collaborate with public policy, legal, and other teams to protect creators and viewers

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.
• Experience with the development, implementation, and maintenance of policy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and update our global content policies.
• Influence stakeholders and executives on policy proposals.
• Collaborate with policy, PR, legal, product, engineering, and sales to address policy challenges.
• Translate bad-actor behaviors into robust anti-abuse policy frameworks.
