Google is seeking a Rapid Response Manager in YouTube Trust and Safety to oversee end-to-end policy enforcement, escalate complex issues, and coordinate cross-functional responses across global teams. You will review graphic and controversial content in line with Community Guidelines and lead prevention initiatives.

This role requires on-call weekends/holidays on a rotational basis and offers a competitive USD compensation package with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring global operational readiness for major events, emerging crises, and high-impact incidents.
• Manage end-to-end policy escalations by triaging, investigating, resolving, and tracking complex cases.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on YouTube’s Community Guidelines and drive policy improvements.
• Build cross-functional product expertise to accelerate resolution times with Engineering partners.
• Review content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and draft executive communications.
