Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility assessments, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, trial optimization, or related clinical operations activities.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and apply data for decision-making.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with study teams, vendors, legal partners, analytics groups, and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reports, recommendations, presentations, and strategic plans.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
• Ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Program feasibility and trial optimization: gather data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs.
• Support program review development and content/escalation of requirements.
• Plan timelines for validation, deliverables, and country validation requests.
• Support validation activities, CT Allocation Committee tasks, and modeling updates.
• Author the initial Global Trials Optimization Report and maintain updates.
• Complete recruitment needs assessments and ensure trial reports stay current.
