Syneos Health is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist to drive feasibility, enrollment strategy, and cross-functional trial optimization across multiple therapeutic areas. This remote-US role focuses on sponsor-dedicated programs and global enrollment excellence.

You’ll transform country insights and enrollment analytics into actionable plans, partnering with clinical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to mitigate risks and enhance study performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility assessments, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, trial optimization, or related clinical operations activities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
• Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional reviews.

Responsibilities

• Shape program feasibility and trial optimization by gathering data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs.
• Lead recruitment and retention planning with program-level budget estimates and vendor collaboration.
• Oversee in-life trial management, monitor enrollment, and coordinate reporting.
• Collaborate with study teams, vendors, legal, and analytics to drive enrollment improvements.
