Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist to support sponsor-dedicated, remote‑US trials. You’ll blend data, feasibility, and recruitment planning to optimize global clinical studies across multiple therapeutic areas.

You will collaborate with study teams, country stakeholders, vendors, and analytics groups to identify enrollment opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive site engagement. A strong, data‑driven approach and program management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility assessments, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, trial optimization, or related clinical operations activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and apply data to support decision-making.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with study teams, vendors, legal partners, analytics groups, and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop reports, recommendations, presentations, and strategic plans.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
• Ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support program feasibility and trial optimization across global studies.
• Lead recruitment and retention planning during feasibility and budgeting.
• Coordinate in-life trial management, monitoring enrollment performance and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain Global Trials Optimization reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with country stakeholders, vendors, and analytics teams to implement improvements.
• Provide materials and inputs for study optimizer planning and system updates.
