Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a TAIP Principal Analyst - Trial Analytics, Insights & Planning (TAIP) in Hyderabad. The role leads end-to-end analytics for one or more clinical trials and coordinates a global team of 3–5 analysts and senior analysts.

You will translate trial needs into data-driven strategies, forecast enrollment, build dashboards, and support study design decisions with cost/optimization analytics. Requires advanced analytics expertise and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD or equivalent).
• 6–8+ years of experience in clinical analytics, management consulting, or trial strategy.
• Experience with clinical trial delivery processes and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own study-level analytics planning and delivery from protocol concept through execution.
• Lead a project team of 3–5 analysts and senior analysts within a trial delivery context.
• Translate study objectives into analytical workstreams (feasibility, enrollment forecasting, site scoring, dashboards).
• Engage with cross-functional study teams to ensure alignment and scientific rigor in analytics.
• Contribute to cost analysis, including country mix and protocol design trade-offs.
• Lead study optimization analytics: patient/site burden and competitive trial landscape.
• Coordinate with field-based teams for feasibility and site strategy insights.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to structure and communicate trial data.
• Support planning and forecasting for clinical supply and patient flow.
• Ensure consistency and scalability of tools and outputs across trials.
• Escalate risks and identify opportunities to accelerate trial execution.
