Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a hands-on Treasury Manager to lead global treasury operations for a well-established industrial supply chain business. You will own day-to-day execution, optimize liquidity, FX hedging, LC workflows, trade credit, and marine cargo insurance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cash flow and risk management.

Reporting to the Head of Treasury, this role requires a minimum of 6 years in treasury, strong LCs and cross-border FX knowledge, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive Treasury Operations experience in international trading or global distribution.
• Hands-on experience with Letters of Credit and cross-border FX risk management.
• Capable of managing high-volume international cash flows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain rolling 13-week and long-range cash flow forecasting models.
• Oversee global bank accounts, ZBAs, cash pooling, and international sweep mechanisms.
• Track FX exposures and execute hedge transactions across USD, CAD, AUD, EUR, etc.
• Manage LCs, SBLCs, and bank guarantees; optimize LC terms with banks and logistics.
• Enforce credit policies, set credit limits, and manage trade credit insurance.
• Oversee annual corporate insurance renewals (Marine Cargo, Transit, Property/Casualty, D&O, Cyber).
