Job summary

Diversified is seeking a strategic, hands-on finance leader to build and lead its global treasury function. Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Director will oversee liquidity, cash visibility, banking, debt, treasury risk, and controls, turning financial data into recommendations that support growth and capital decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive treasury experience within a PE-backed portfolio company with responsibility for global liquidity, banking relationships, debt and capital planning.
• Proven experience building or transforming treasury processes, infrastructure, or capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of global cash management, forecasting, banking operations, cross-border payments, debt facilities, covenants, and FX risk.
• Experience leading treasury work across entities/geographies; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, communication, judgment, and presentation skills for executive/investor audiences.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with detailed execution in a matrix organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; CTP/CFA/MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global treasury strategy to protect liquidity and enable growth.
• Establish global banking and cash-management structure for visibility, access, control, and efficiency.
• Build treasury team and operating rhythm; coordinate with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Audit, and regional finance.
• Integrate treasury operations for new businesses and markets including cash, banking, controls, and funding.
• Own enterprise liquidity outlook and establish global cash reporting and forecasts.
• Model downside scenarios and identify funding needs early; improve working capital.
• Advise on capital structure, debt financing, and treasury execution of transactions.
• Lead treasury for refinancings, acquisitions, divestitures, and sponsor priorities.
• Coordinate cash reporting, funding, payments with regional teams; manage risk responses.
