R2 Global is seeking a Treasury Manager to run day-to-day global treasury operations, including cash and liquidity, banking, hedging, and treasury controls. Working closely with the Director of Finance & Treasury, this contract role will help set and execute treasury strategy, support capital structure and risk decisions, and supervise a small treasury team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 7+ years of treasury, finance, or accounting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily liquidity planning to cover operating and capital needs.
• Oversee domestic and international cash operations and bank relationships.
• Build and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Partner with leadership on treasury strategy and market analysis.
• Lead FX, interest rate, and counterparty risk mitigation and hedging programs.
• Own treasury reporting, cash forecasting, and scenario analyses.
