Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee treasury operations, optimize liquidity, and manage financial risk across our manufacturing and project finance initiatives.

This role partners with Accounting, FP&A and Operations to support large-scale capital investments and expansion, including debt and equity financing. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in finance or related field (MBA/CFA a plus), 5+ years in treasury or project finance, strong cash management and modeling skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Extensive experience in project financing.
• Over 5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or project finance, preferably within manufacturing or energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of cash management, debt financing, and liquidity strategies.
• Experience in project finance, including structuring, modeling, and securing funding for capital-intensive projects.
• Familiarity with banking relationships, financial instruments, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP/TMS software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Cross-functional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams in China; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred

Responsibilities

• Cash management, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimization.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and credit lines.
• Structure and execute project financing for large-scale manufacturing.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks including FX and rates.
• Develop financial models to support investments and expansion.
• Ensure treasury policies and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with internal teams and external partners (banks, investors).
