Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Global Cash & Treasury Operations Manager to scale our treasury infrastructure and drive day-to-day execution along with long-term transformation. You will own cash positioning, forecasting, intercompany funding, FX settlements, and investment oversight in a fast-growth, multi-entity environment.

You will redesign workflows, deploy AI-driven automation, integrate ERP systems, and manage banking relationships to ensure scalable, well-governed treasury operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated cash management experience in a fast-scaling tech company or multi-entity environment.
• Proven track record managing corporate fixed income portfolios.
• Proficiency with modern treasury infrastructure (Clearwater, ChathamDirect, FXAll, SAP/Netsuite) and hands-on AI workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash positioning, forecasting, and global entity cash reporting.
• Oversee treasury payments, intercompany funding, FX settlements, and investments.
• Manage in-house and external fixed income portfolios and trading execution.
• Redesign treasury workflows and automate via AI, ERP integrations, and bank connectivity.
• Draft and enforce global cash, investments, and counterparty exposure policies.
• Lead global banking partnerships and periodic operational reviews.
• Oversee Letters of Credit issuance, reporting, and allocations.
• Coordinate treasury integration for M&A and cross-functional business partner alignment.
• Administer access, data integrity, and compliance across treasury systems.
