Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Global Cash & Treasury Operations Manager to scale our liquidity, settlements, and treasury infrastructure across global entities. You will own daily cash positioning, forecasting, and bank connectivity, while driving automation and policy governance.

You will lead cross-functional partnerships with AP, AR, Finance, Tax, and IT and partner with banking relationships to optimize costs, risk, and liquidity in a fast-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated cash management experience in a fast-scaling tech environment.
• Experience with global banking, payments, and liquidity management.
• Proficiency in modern treasury infrastructure and AI-enabled automation.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash positioning, short-term forecasting, and global reporting.
• Oversee intercompany funding, FX settlements, and investments.
• Lead treasury automation and policy governance across systems.
• Manage bank relationships, fees, and service reviews.
• Oversee letters of credit issuance and reporting.
• Drive treasury integration for M&A and legal entity expansion.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, Payroll, Legal, IT on architecture.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across treasury systems.
