Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing or upgrading a Treasury Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, forecasting, and funding needs.
• Lead or participate in selection, implementation, testing, and rollout of a Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, banking partners, and vendors throughout the system implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and stronger controls.
• Develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and maintain dashboards.
• Oversee banking relationships, accounts, signatories, and treasury services.
• Manage domestic and international cash movements (wires, ACH, intercompany funding).
• Support debt management, facilities, investments, and financing activities as applicable.
• Establish and maintain treasury policies, controls, and documentation.
• Monitor liquidity risk, interest rate, FX, and counterparty exposure.

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee day-to-day treasury operations while playing a key role in the implementation and optimization of a new Treasury Management System (TMS). This individual will be responsible for cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, forecasting, controls, and treasury technology.

The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on treasury experience with prior involvement in a TMS or related financial systems implementation and is comfortable partnering across Finance, Accounting, IT, and external banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, cash forecasting, and funding requirements across the organization.
• Lead or play a key role in the selection, implementation, testing, and rollout of a Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, banking partners, and third-party vendors throughout the system implementation.
• Evaluate existing treasury processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and improved controls.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Manage banking relationships, bank accounts, signatories, fees, and treasury services.
• Oversee domestic and international cash movements, including wires, ACH transactions, and intercompany funding.
• Support debt management, credit facilities, investments, and other financing activities as applicable.
• Establish and maintain strong treasury policies, procedures, internal controls, and documentation.
• Monitor financial risks, including liquidity, interest rate, foreign exchange, and counterparty exposure.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end and quarter-end activities, including cash reconciliations and treasury-related reporting.
• Develop treasury reporting and dashboards to provide management with greater visibility into cash and liquidity.
• Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of treasury technology following implementation.
• Assist with special projects, acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with cash management, liquidity planning, and cash forecasting.
• Prior experience implementing or significantly upgrading a Treasury Management System strongly preferred.
• Experience with TMS platforms such as Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS, Coupa Treasury, or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of banking platforms, payment processes, and treasury controls.
• Experience partnering with IT, Accounting, Finance, banks, and third-party technology providers.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage both day-to-day treasury responsibilities and larger strategic projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
• CTP, CPA, MBA, or other relevant certification is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on treasury professional who understands both the operational and technology sides of treasury. This person will be comfortable owning daily treasury activities while also driving a major systems implementation, improving processes, and building a more scalable and automated treasury function.
