Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support Treasury Operations and Capital Markets in global cash forecasting, banking, and debt management. The role ensures KYC compliance and updates to Treasury Policies to stay aligned with industry best practices.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, implement automation using RPA/AI, and coordinate with international teams on FX policy, investments, and documentation. A finance background and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance degree preferred). CTP designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of global financial services, cash forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of foreign exchange (FX) risk management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office business applications.
• System implementation experience; familiarity with SAP, treasury workstations, and FX risk management SaaS platforms/tools.
• Experience with Fintech, Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or AI platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cash Management & Banking: Manage global cash management and banking services across international operations.
• Cash Flow Forecasting & Automation: Support global cash flow forecasting and leverage RPA/AI tools.
• Investments & Guarantee Issuance: Oversee investments trading and guarantees processes.
• KYC & Banking Documentation: Coordinate worldwide KYC compliance and banking docs.
• FX & Policy Review: Monitor FX policy updates and align with market best practices.
• AI & Project Initiatives: Lead treasury AI projects and prepare planning materials for stakeholders.
