Sims Limited is seeking a Global Treasury professional to partner with our shared services and regional teams. The role handles PCard management, bank account administration, and cash flow analysis, while supporting digitalization and process improvements across treasury operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in corporate treasury, familiarity with bank portals and a Treasury Management System, and a drive to obtain the CTP designation in a hybrid Chicago-based setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of corporate treasury experience with bank products.
• Experience using bank portals (e.g., BOA Cashpro, JPM Access, HSBC Net).
• Familiarity with KYC processes and governance information.
• Prior Treasury Management System experience (Kyriba, FIS, GTreasury).
• Ability to set priorities and pursue the CTP designation.

Aufgaben

• Manage PCard issuance and monthly spend analysis.
• Administer bank and merchant accounts; investigate issues with banks.
• Perform monthly cash vault analysis.
• Maintain treasury management system portfolios and GL data.
• Prepare month-end treasury-related reporting and MTM FX analysis.
• Assist in treasury implementations and ad hoc analyses.
