Job summary

Red Oak Technologies in Denver, CO seeks a Treasury & Bank Account Administrator (Treasury Analyst) on a 6+ month contract to support global bank account operations.

You will manage account lifecycle, coordinate KYC, maintain signatory records, and collaborate with Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Finance to ensure compliance. A Bachelor's in finance or related field and 2+ years in treasury or banking operations are required, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, or a related financial function.
• Hands-on experience with bank account openings/closures, KYC, signatory maintenance, and banking documentation.
• Experience working directly with banking partners and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of global bank accounts, including openings, closures, modifications, and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate KYC and bank compliance documentation with banking partners.
• Manage bank account signatory and authorized signer changes.
• Serve as a point of contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders regarding account administration.
• Maintain accurate banking documentation, account records, and governance controls.
• Track pending bank account requests and ensure timely completion.
• Support treasury operations and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and business teams to obtain required documentation and approvals.
• Ensure bank account activities comply with internal policies and applicable banking requirements.
