Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead cash and product operations, ensure liquidity, and support global processes. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and Ripple’s partners daily, handling complex funding, cash positioning, and crypto‑enabled treasury activities.

The role requires 7+ years in treasury with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with GTreasury and Kyriba. In‑office collaboration is emphasized, with the flexibility to adapt as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate treasury operations, preferably in high-growth startups or multinationals.
• Deep expertise in domestic and cross-border payments, FX and digital assets; strong Excel/GSheets skills.
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Economics; MBA/CFA preferred; data-driven and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions including payroll, tax, bank fees, and treasury payments.
• Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, and intercompany funding/settlement.
• Oversee daily cash operations, bank reconciliation, and account configurations.
• Support audit, FBAR compliance, and restricted account monitoring.
• Analyze cash positions, digital asset funding, and liquidity for wallet obligations.
• Execute RLUSD treasury operations, OTC support, and related treasury tasks.
• Manage AP and corporate payments using crypto assets.
• Own global accounts and exchange management, including KYC and signatories.
• Oversee bank fees/yield reviews, LOC processing with corporate banks; manage portal access.
• Coordinate bank feeds, API credentials, and centralized bank data; support GTreasury rollout.
